Usage Mode:

•Mix 1 serving (50 g = 3 heaped tablespoons) with 300 ml water, or, in the case of unflavored Carbox, with any liquid of your choice.
Recommendation:
•Consume 1 serving before and during workout or competition.
•On training days, drink 1 serving directly after workout and 1 serving between two meals. On rest days, drink 1 serving between meals.
